DeferredClassLoaderTest

This test wraps a junit.awtui.TestRunner
To run you will need to turn off the "Reload classes every run" checkbox
and then press upper "Run" button.
This test will take a couple of minutes.
If the bar is green at the end of the run, the test passes.
If not, it doesn't

N.B. Pressing eithre the "Exit" button or the 'X' seems to kill the browser.
I recommend leaving the window open until you can close the browser.

Known Issues:
This test will probably fail with the Microsoft JVM.
Something about the fact that some okweb1 classes dont pass verification.
I'm looking into this.
