MessagePanelTest

This applet shows 2 frames.
Both contain a Message Panel.
MessagePanel 1 uses BorderLayout.
MessagePanel 2 uses a FlowLayout.

Resizing the frame will cause the text to be center itself relative to the frame.
The image and the text should be centered vertically.
